I looked at the prices and I really want to get them lower, so I did gather some parts for building the pc myself. Could you check that all of them are compatible?

You're money's in the wrong place.
Those parts will work fine for gaming but if you get a cheaper case and skip the heatsink you'll have more cash to throw at a better cpu/gpu.
I'll just throw some stuff out there and try to keep it in your budget
Best non-luxery case money can buy:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153
It has dual-access panels so you can wire everything behind the paneling.
As if that didn't help with airflow enough, the entire front face is made of mesh, and there are fans available on the top and bottom of the case as well as front and back.
If your mobo doesn't have that many fan connecters just pick and choose based on where your computer's sitting.
Mine's on the floor, so I skipped the bottom fan and have the top one pulling air in.
You can stick with that mobo, asus is great.
SSD for OS and games:

Storage:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148767
Random psu that is highly rated and cheaper than yours:

Standard gaming ram:

Total so far is $615, or 480 euros, which leaves you about $400 to play with your cpu/gpu combo.
You can't go wrong with an fx, they are very overclockable and still stay cool, so you can use the stock heatsink without worry.
Maybe consider more cores if you do heavy multitasking/productivity stuff, the 8350 is only $200 and worth every cent in my experience.
If not, stick with the 4 core and get a 4350, the extra clock speed is a matter of $30 more.
For the gpu you can get a 660ti or so and be set for most games on high, medium over the next two years.

Dude, might as well get a 8300.
PROTIP: Intel is better... so many AMD fags here.

Intel does make better ones at the top of the price range, but they also cost a lot more. AMD is better bang for your buck.
