| And I decided to go to McDonalds. I calculated the amount of calories I ingested in approximately fifteen minutes: 1850 KCal. I ate a big tasty, big mac, and a double cheeseburger. At the time it was delicious, but now I'm left with this nasty salty taste in my mouth, and I'm so fucking warm. I regret eating this shit, seriously.

McDonald's? Why McDonald's bro. Big Mac = 700 calories. 700 * 5 = 3500.
But yea, I regret eating that shit too. It starts coming back. Seriously. It's like Russian Roulette. You either lose it through your mouth or your anus, both in liquid form, yuck.
Ok, that was lame 
But good job though, nice to see there are Americans who AREN'T obese (y)

Holy shit, 1850 kcal in 15 minutes? That's almost what I eat in a whole day.
But yeah, whenever I eat very greasy food I feel sick afterwards too. Which is weird 'cause when I was a kid I used to eat greasy food every day, and a lot more.

Normally I eat five meals a day, each meal consisting of about 500~600 calories. These meals contain very little fat, and a lot of protein and carbohydrates. The amount of saturated fats in these meals is close to zero. I end up eating about 2600~2800 calories a day. This is a good amount, considering I work out six times a week.
Today is the one day in the month I'm allowed to eat whatever I feel like, and I chose McDonalds, and tonight I'll be eating pizza. Tomorrow I'll be picking up my strict regiment of proper food again.
