wut, i think you're confused. for people that have never smoked any drugs off foil then yeah, they'll probably waste some and not be good at lighting it properly or getting all the smoke. but i don't waste heroin when i smoke it. you put a little bit on the foil, don't keep the flame directly under your glob of h or touching the foil so it doesn't get too hot. keep the heat a little bit in front of the h so that it heats up the h and slides without the flame being directly under it. and you keep your tube close to the glob so all the smoke that's released goes straight into the tube. and you don't want to heat up the glob of h too much so you don't have a lot of smoke at once that will be wasted. plus if you do it properly it leaves a trail behind that you can smoke afterwards. and using a torch lighter gives you the most out of your smoking experience. the torch lighter you can go over the trails and will get hits where a regular lighter won't.
also, i prefer using a rig since it requires less h to get just as high and the high lasts a lot longer than if you smoked it.
