If you had anything you actually did that you needed to get on with (going to work or anything similar) and you were arrested for nothing more than looking suspicious, you would not be so docile about it.

I guess we'll see.
However, to look suspicious of carrying a weapon would be difficult for me, I don't wear loose clothing or anything. People who do look suspicious and have a job or something to go to should maybe consider... idk... not looking suspicious?
I've no knowledge of the specifics of this new deal, but I'm assuming it's referring to appearance and not behavior. Because I'm pretty sure suspicious behavior already permits arrest.

Who's to say what looks suspicious? The point is that any dumbass cop can deem something suspicious and arrest someone with seemingly no real purpose.
