How do I cheat?

I can't run cheat engine 6.2 on one of my computers. I attach the message. Rebooting, reinstalling didn't help. What's going on?

Make sure you have no multidisplay tools installed(especially by amd)
No online games must be running.
Try running the 32-bit cheat engine from the startmenu instead of just cheat engine.exe

And if all else fails uninstall all your security tools like anti virus/firewalls/automated sandboxes/etc... and reboot

I tried all of this things (i have no AV), but only download of older version of cheat engine solved the problem.
