I've synesthesia, and in my case, I kinda picture subtitles, which for some reason can be felt on my tongue.

i think in pictures
i can remember books i read when i was a child from the imagery i created for them, but not the actual book itself

pretty much anything i remember is from imagery, not words, spoken or text.
