I said that you cannot simply say "screw gravity" and say "I don't want to obey the laws of gravity, beam me up scotty".
If you want to not be affected by gravity you would have to make a work-around. But you cannot simply disobey it like regular laws.
Does that explain it to your narrow, underdeveloped mind?

Earth has been proven to emit light, buts not lots of it of course.
Here is now your "time travel".
Determine where the current "light wave" that was emitted off earth and catch up to it in a "spacecraft". Once you travel at the same speed as the light that was emitted off and look back towards earth, you are technically in the past looking at a earth from when the light was emitted off.
It's like how on earth lights from suns are being seen by us even though they could already be gone and destroyed, it's just that the light took so long to reach earth what you see is a star. |
So to catch up to something you must go at the same speed as it now?

Also you realise they aren't stars because of that, we don't call them all suns because they aren't all suns.

they have not transformed, everything that has and will happen is happening and you are simply only able to observe it one unit at a time.
this is why the concept of things like psychics hasn't completely died (besides the faith aspect, woo religion), people get very excited over the idea of exceptions to this rule and most people would do many things to predict their own future, whether for benefit or satisfaction
i believe modern concepts of time travel often rely on this concept as well; it is convenient to conceptualize it as developing a machine that helps you shift your focus, but the science required for something like this would be ridiculous; it goes beyond your physical form into your state of conscious

What the fuck do you mean time travel, you wanna travel faster than light and look at light that was emitted in the past? That means you can look at pictures of the past but not partake in it. That is not time travel that is looking at a fucking video tape.
Also "calculations" about gravity? Are you fucking retarded kid? What does that have to do with defying gravity? Are you going to say some scientist is going to say "wait, this is wrong" then write something on a piece of paper and drop an apple and it falls upwards?
