Download minecraft.jar
Run this in cmd/terminal
| Code: | | java -Xmx2048M -Xms1024M -cp -jar minecraft.jar |
Assuming you have 2gb of ram free.

I remember there was a gui launcher that let you do this without being on linux or using that horrible disgusting plebian command prompt thing that comes on windows.
I suppose you could just write a batch file and name it minecraft.exe though.

2nd: get tekkit launcher
3rd: go to options and set the tekkit launcher to use more RAM and the latest version of tekkit.

the server is running openvz
if it hots the memory limit the process will crash
if the de+base uses 90mb ram then you can't assing past 1900mb to mc.
You leave around 130-150 for your de+base in case shit happens.

Um it's a client error we're talking about, not server.
