Well, I got my graphics card already, so now I need mobo, cpu and ram. Preferably Intel around 350 to 400 USD, with 400 being my absolute maximum. Just wanted an opinion on here considering most people here are good with builds.

You should get the 3570K, a decent Z77 mobo and like 8gb 1600mhz ram

I also needed help on picking out an aftermarket cooler. I don't want a real expensive one but I just hate stock coolers. So any thing like 30 bucks or a little higher works. Just cant seem to find one I like

Key thing to remember about both of these aftermarket coolers. They are extremely LARGE and are vertical, so I hope you have a wide spaced case or they will not fit into it. I've actually installed one of both of these in some peoples computers and they are a breeze to install. The Zalman (first link) tends to be the more popular of the two.
