You're not going to bulk up easily if you consume sugar and fat. Eating junk food is the worst way to prepare for a new workout routine. When it comes time to lift, you'll feel like crap and simply lose the motivation.

You need to consume excess calories through meat and eggs. The easiest way (as well as the way I do it) is to simply eat eggs with every meal. They're delicious, they can be cooked in a variety of ways, they give you the energy you need, they're a high source of protein for excellent muscle retention, and they're filling.

Again, don't succumb to eating McDonalds or fastfood thinking that you need to gain weight faster. Sure you'll gain the fat, sure that burger has meat, but your body will feel as if it was never meant to exercise.

Forgot to add, say I was going to eat ice cream anyways, I'm ectomorph.

I do eat a shitton of eggs, generally 12+ per week (I'd eat more but my mom gets disgusted with them). Can I just make it up with more protein?

I NEED those carbs, especially before I go to sleep.

You are full of false information. Bulking is easy. Take your weight, convert it to pounds because kg is for faggots. Multiply by 17. That's your base metabolic rate. To gain weight, eat 500+cals over that amount. Keep it simple, carbs, protein, fats. Keep fats low, protein and carbs high. My bulk meals go something like this:

Breakfast: 6 eggs
1 cup oats + fruit
16oz whole milk

Second meal: Either chicken, tuna, or steak.
Rice or some sort of pasta
16 oz whole milk

Before lifting if I lift early that day (May not apply to you)
Whey shake
16 oz milk
Tuna and rice

Post workout:
Whey shake
Chicken
Pasta

After that it all matters if I've eaten enough. I don't usually count calories unless I'm cutting but if you don't think you've eaten enough, you haven't. Just get a decent routine down where you eat a lot of low fat/low sugar foods. Once you understand what eating in bulk is you'll be able to do it without counting cals. You need high protein and high carb. If you aren't going to do anything physical, keep it on the low end of a calorie surplus.

Cheap foods for bulkkkkkkkkk:

Tuna
Rice
Oats
Eggs
Cheese
Pasta
Lentils
Chicken (get either fresh packaged or if you have to get frozen shit, check for added ingredients. Steer clear of the high sodium shit.)
Sweet taters
Spinach
Soybeans
Broccoli

Get rid of all that high sugar shit. Same with high salt shit. Eat healthy to bulk otherwise you'll just become a lard ass. Bulk slowly, eating 9k calories a day may seem like a good idea but you'll be forkliftmode in no time.

>kg
>faggot
you can only pick one

You sure? I doubt 500cals would be just enough when you're srs rly skinny ectomorph

Ectomorph means nothing. 500 calories over bmr is bulking. You eat at BMR to stay the same weight. If you want eat 1k over.

Apotheoun, I really hope you are taking some of the yolks out of those eggs. That is way too much cholesterol.

There is no proof that dietary intakes of cholesterol (that found in eggs) raises your LDL levels of cholesterol. High levels of trans fats, sugar, and alcohol lower your HDL levels.

Fat people and athletes need to worry about their cholesterol.

You may not be but things you do need to watch are:
Sodium intake
Fat intake
Sugar intake
Caffeine intake

If you can't avoid eating salt, get a potassium supplement to negate the effects of sodium. If you drink pop, stop. You want healthy gains, not straight fat. Also, pick up heavy stuff, and put it back down. Do this over and over while eating healthy and you'll gain weight like a mofo.
