the reason rehab works is because the person is no longer allowed the drug, it gives them the chance to be sober and see what wrong has happened with a clear mind, an addict, using heroin or whatever habitually, may not be able to see this clearly. besides rehab, things that can make people see the wrong, are family members and god, these things help the person make the correct decision, its not because the person while using heroin one day just stopped, looked around him, realized shit was bad, and then flushed his heroin and stopped using forever.

and no kyle, he was confronted by his grandmother whom helped him, and then he believed that jesus brought him back, he didn't just stop one day because he realized it was bad, people had to help him realize that.

it is really retarded in theory, but it's true because the concept in rehab is to actually help /rehabilitate/ the power of self control and the ability to resist/say no
