Actually, i have a postcount so low that I can't use links, so I just transloaded the url into the filename box and uploaded it there without any saving. Now people can see it without having to copy and paste the url!

you could have just pasted the link and broke it up with spaces, altcode or bbcode
and using the [img] tag isnt more work, its pressing 2 buttons, which is the same as you did
