| I was charged for something, but they didnt charge my bank, and I got refunded on the charge, and after the refund was long over paypal STILL charged my bank account. Now I'm -42 dollars. Never using paypal again.

I really hate paypal also meng.
They banned me for using too many different credit cards.

| Hero, all you have to do is transfer it to your bank account. Stop complaining about doing suspicious things and blaming them for trouble. Paypal is a legitimate service and you will be happy if you use it properly.

I did complain and they blamed my bank. My bank account is set to ignore payments when funds are not available so I guess it is their fault too.

sounds like the problem is from your bank and not from paypal though

Maybe you should have read their policy. Where it says in text, you are not allowed to use paypal for the buying and selling virtual items. You broke the rules and deserve it.
