I need to search some values, and then give Next Scan, and get the values found and exchange them.
technically this value array of byte:
x
and then give next scan and charge the values for:
y
I researched about memscan_nextscan but i not found nothing.

I'm not really clear on what you're asking, or why you want to do this.
Anyhow, main.lua contains everything you need (also the helpfile)
I assume you already know how to use the MemScan class object to do a first scan and read the results.

memscan_firstScan(memscan, scanoption, vartype, roundingtype, input1, input2 ,startAddress ,stopAddress ,protectionflags ,alignmenttype ,"alignmentparam" ,isHexadecimalInput ,isNotABinaryString, isunicodescan, iscasesensitive);

memscan_nextScan(memscan, scanoption, roundingtype, input1,input2, isHexadecimalInput, isNotABinaryString, isunicodescan, iscasesensitive, ispercentagescan, savedresultname OPTIONAL);

nextscan is mostly like first scan, except no vartype, addressrange, protection flags, and alignment info
But it does add a extra optional parameter for saved results in the current scan session of the selected memscan object (just ignore it)
