Pretty much this. He even admits he has a problem and has made progress in weening off, Dustin is the perfect type of person to be a drug user.

This sounds like admiration. There is no such thing in this context. Even if he's doing well under these drug-using circumstances, it doesn't make him a poster-boy for using drugs; it makes him an anomaly. There is no sunny outlook for the majority of users. I do applaud him for stopping the use of drugs. I did not get that from the previous posts. Good on him. I do hope he succeeds, considering the drugs he recently used have worrying effects on the body.

Lol I'm a recreational drug user how do you not know this
I don't have any addictions (arguably a weed habit but it's not physically addictive, I just smoke a lot of it) and yes, I do admire him for his experience and knowledge. This heroin problem you guys know about is truly the tip of the iceberg; Dustin is a psychonaut who got caught up in the /opi/ quicksand.

because every interpretation of what you said is completely asinine; do you literally think that people who use caffeine have no sunny outlook? or even that people that use drugs recreationally and responsibly are "anomalies"?
protip: preaching your anti-drug use crap because you're a self-righteous asshat that has a prepared meal schedule of nuts and protein shakes doesn't make you mother superior of all things consumed. | Except he does drugs himself..?

Indeed. Just nothing (severely) addictive.

Assumptions. | Wrong assumptions. There are very few people that do drugs like these completely alone.

He's not spending that life well holed up in a room shooting drugs, is he? | Instant gratification is better than well earned when you only live once, if we lived twice than well earned long term gratification would be better, but as anyone could die at any moment why not spend it with something that instantly makes you feel better than any other human being on the planet.
