Go for the GHZ edition. They are pretty much overclocked for you. They run very well.

is a 450W PSU good for that card, and http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=3466047&sku=B69-0581

According to AMD 500w or greater for the 7770. 450w would probably be enough granted you don't overclock anything. I know my old 6850 said it required 500w but the system used around 400w. Use a psu calculator and see what you need by filling out the list of parts.

Dunno which one to get

MSI - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127664

XFX - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150599

Leaning towards the XFX one and if I do get it, I shouldn't have trouble with putting it onto my mobo and making it fit into my case?

Make it general practice to stay away from MSi.

Having worked at a computer store, majority of the computers that came in broken had a MSi card in it.
