I scanned my dad's business card to get his company logo (he doesn't have a digital copy of it), but as you can see, it's all grainy and doesn't look that great. I'm wondering if anyone here would be able to refine it and make the white background transparent, then save it in the highest quality format.
This .bmp file is the highest quality/unaltered format, straight from the scan.

Edit: Problem solved- it was a lot easier than I though. All I had to do was use the Magic Wand tool > select a letter > New Layer via Copy > Reduce Noise, then do the same with the rest of the image.
It was easier in my case because every part of the image is a single, solid colour.

But that site is just temporary. My host came with some site builder, so I played around with it for a bit. I'm not to bad at Dreamweaver, so that'll be my next step.
