Yeah, in total, a bit over 1b.

He had originally asked to purchase 500m.

We had to mutlilog on the same computer. He grabbed the mouse after I traded it over to him, and gave himself the rest of the GP I had in my inventory. That's why I'm a bit happy this happened though. Now's he's being forced to buy it all!

He made it anonymous until he borrowed my phone to call his friend.

He's stupid because his original intention was to remain anonymous through the entire ordeal. He failed within minutes.

oh, I've tried selling GP online before, but it was quite a hassle... just having to build up the reputation made me lose all the motivation. I understand why people would request to go second when trading with a new user, but I really didn't want to risk it. I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding a middleman for the tiniest trades either, so I just thought, screw this, I'm selling in real life.

But I appreciate your willingness to vouch me, thanks bud :]
And yeah, selling locally also meant that I could jack up the price, since trading in person presumably meant that there was no potential risk involved.

I know what I went through really highlights how bad of an idea trading locally is, but I was prepared for the worst to happen, so that in the end, I would still get what I was owed.
