I noticed that too, then I noticed thats a hostile character, which can be above cap.

Cap is 85.
It isn't a hostile mob either.
And he's level 84 himself as well.

Thought cap was 80? Also isnt the Empyrean Assassin an enemy mob?

Yes, but that Empyrean Assassin is lvl82, not 84.
You looked at the "Kryptika" character, probably, who is 84.

Cata level cap is 85. next exp coming soon which raises it to 90

As said, the cap is 85 - and he's only 84. I was questioning why he was only 84 when it's extremely easy to get to 85.
