In 3 months I'm going to the military so I'm trying to put on 15-20 pounds of muscle before I go. Only reason I'm keeping track of my progress is to adjust my diet accordingly. I don't care about my lifting progress, just my body progress.

Going in because they offer the same thing I'd go to college for. I go there, get my degree and 5 years experience and they pay for my masters when I get out.

4 Scoops and I feel nothing.
Btw 15 pounds of lean muscle in 3 months is near impossible without roids, especially if you've been working out for a while..

No it's not. It'll be incredibly hard, but not impossible. My last reps on each set are resistance to tear my muscles so they can expand a little. (If I'm curling, when I pull up, someone will pull down on the bar just a little. Same like that for just about every work out)

unless you're naturally inclined to pack on mass fast, 15lbs in 3 months is really fast man.
far as i remember, it's something like 1lb a week realistically and that's if you have a fucking good week
obviously keeping protein levels up puts you closer to your goal, but 3 months of lifting will probably net you closer to 10lbs of solid muscle mass.
who knows though, everyones body is different.
i havent touched the gym in like a year so i'm out of the loop, reading these threads makes me want to start my routines again. ;_;'

I'm up 1.5 pounds this week of lean mass. If I keep that trend I'll be around 18 pounds of muscle at the end of the 3 months. I eat 3,500 calories a day, close to 200 grams of protein, 200+ grams of carbs, and somewhere around 70 grams of fat a day. I'm cutting out most cardio just so I can put on some fat, but the last half of the training I'll be doing HIIT sprints to drop the fat down to less than 9%.

Jack3d is banned in several countries and recognized as doping in some.

It can be dangerous if consumed en masse so don't do that.

It's banned in NCAA sports and any bodybuilding competition. It's from the 1,3 Dimethylamylamine. It's classified as a stimulant. I take a scoop and a half pre-workout with 1/4 teaspoon of creatine. I pretty much know all the side affects from my supplements and the damage they can cause from misuse so I tend to be pretty strict with my measurements and when/how I take them.
