I'm asking they remove the annual pass (which is a monthly payment of 13 euros for my World of Warcraft subscription), which I took because it included a copy of Diablo III and Mist of Pandaria beta access. The annual pass is still active until october. I'm not getting my money back for the months I paid, and am boycotting their product by not continuing to pay for my World of Warcraft subscription via the annual pass. I'm doing this not because I don't enjoy WoW anymore, but because I'm tired of their products turning out different from what was promised, or simply not working.
