This isn't EA. Blizzard is quite pleasant with its Customer Support. So far, I've never had a hitch with that.

Quick support like fixes and repairs are often a lot easier to do than refunds and dissatisfaction.
They can't simply go "Yeah, k, bye".

I suppose you're right. But I can imagine there have been hundreds of people who thought the same long before I did, which would mean they'd have some sort of system implemented for it. Or perhaps they don't, and the massive queue of people before me causes a serious delay.

EA gave me a free copy of Crysis 2 ultimate or something when I had too many problems with BF3. But now BF3 works perfectly on max for me.
