| I still wonder who it was that Foreman and Wilson saw in the building when it collapsed. He looked a damn lot like House, so it wasn't the patient. He must've been able to sneak out of the back with his lumpy leg pretty damn quickly, if it was House. |

Yeah that confused the hell out of me too. But didn't the patient die? I remember House talking to the people who he hallucinated that the patient died.

Yea, it was the patient that was willing to give House eh.. a way out of this. But how that exactly happened, no idea. And how do dental records get switched unnoticed? I mean, he would have to walk into the hospital, which would get noticed, he is supposed to be dead after all. I like going into details of shows, hah. Still, it was a good ending to a good show.

| I wonder if Foreman knew at the end that House was still alive (when he picked up House's ID card), or if he was just reminiscing. The dental record thing was a bit of a Deus Ex Machina moment for me, but the show has been great so I was like 'I'll let it slide'. It would have meant he swapped the dental records after he got out of the building though, as he was still struggling to decide whether or not he wanted to live when hallucinating. |

He does know. Remember the wobbly table? Foreman unwobbled it with some paper. Then House removed the paper, replaced it with his hospital ID, which Foreman noticed when the table wobbled again.
And I think Cameron knows as well, as a picture of Chase, Foreman, House and herself appeared on her laptop, to which she looked a little surprised. |

Uhu, I'm not really sure about Cameron either. Foreman probably does know, given the look on his face when he found the ID. He certainly wouldn't be smiling like that if it reminded him of a dead House. |
