Seriously though, you'll need a better graphics card if you want to get better internet speeds.

not really related but you should check out something called native client sometime if you're free. i think it's really cool. i was talking to the guy who made it the other day

At first glance, seems like googles NaCl project.

yes it is. the technical details are really interesting. for example, how they use padding and bitwise tricks to ensure efficient guarantees that there are no branches to middle of instructions

I never went too far into ASM or computer security. I'll take a look at their white papers though, as its something I do find interesting. Thank you.

Looks good man, I bet you are excited to get building haha.

You have no idea lol. That's one of the reasons I picked it over a gaming laptop, besides the fact I realized a gaming laptop would be pointless.

I love tinkering with computers, I've been doing it since kindergarten.

Yeah I just built my gaming computer before I moved and god it's fun. It was my first build and it was well worth it, and cheaper.

Crappy. Video card is old and outdated. Processor is slow and that's barely enough RAM to do anything with.

There seriously is not much that compares with the first time you build a computer. Especially when you do all the fancy cable management. It's so satisfying to boot it up and see it come to life from all the boxes. But I'm right there with you Kaze, I used to take everything apart just to put it back together and see how it all worked.

Ah nice. I really don't need higher than this. I picked it over a 6970 for quetness and coolness. Plus further driver support. I only game a bit higher than 720p single monitor so This is pretty much maxing anything for me.
