I do have an external DVD drive, but I don't want to have to use it every time I want to play the game. I want to just play it whenever without the disc.
Hero says download a "no cd crack". That's great, I have no idea where to find one. If someone could help me find one that they know works that would be great.
Nevermind, I found this website: http://www.gameburnworld.com/gp/gamefixes/morrowind.shtml
but how do I know what version I have.

You don't dummy, you just go google morrowind no cd crack and replace the .exe with the cracked one.

1. Get a new DVD drive for a regular pc
2. Get an external (e)sata connector and psu
3. connect the sata to a usb cable
4. connect usb to laptop
5. rip the cd to iso
6. download daemon tools (lite)
7. mount the iso and now you no longer need cd
