| Is that natural? Or is it just because I've never(like ever) done any bulk muscle training? I already notice a few cuts forming in my arm and probably right around 1/4 or 3/8 inch increase in bicep size, slightly more in triceps. My tits aren't as fat either. Only my 3rd day with weights, but I've still kept up my cardio so maybe that contributes to it too, seeing as I'm the same weight(~160lbs)

That just happens from working out, give your muscles some rest and they'll go back to normal. Also why are you working your arms daily? You're gonna destroy your muscles :/

In all honesty, it's not a tough workout. And I just did bicep work tonight because they didn't get as much attention yesterday. Tomorrow is abs definitely, then maybe chest.

| You'll see results the first week or so of lifting when you start fresh just because your muscles aren't used to what's coming at them. Like Up2 said, it'll slowly fade. And cycle weight training. 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off or just do 2 on 1 off 2 on and repeat if you don't care about having certain work outs each day. It's just important to have rest days.

| If you mean a pump while working out then yes that's normal. If you mean actual muscle gain and not just during the workout then that's also normal, especially for a beginner.

@kav
Yea, I'm doing it along with cardio to just even everything out. I've lost a shit ton in a month with just my diet, now it's not enough to get to where I want to be
@shot
Depends on how I feel really and If I'm doing cardio along with it or not. The dumbbells are only at 15lbs so I do like 3 sets of 20 biceps curls, 2 sets of 10 hammer curls, 3 sets of 25 tricep extensions, 3 sets of 10 lateral raise, 3 sets of 20 incline bench press(the last 5 or 7 I drop reaaaalllyy slow, like 10 secs to go down to starting position) 3 sets of 15 shoulder presses, 3 sets of 25 weighted crunches.
Most of that's for my non cardio workout. I'll pick 3 complementing exercises, play a few minutes of a game, then do a set of each until I'm done then I pick another three until I do all the exercises. If I am doing cardio, I don't do as much arm work and I focus more on my chest and back. Everything drops to no more than 10 reps except the weighted crunches. And I throw in 3 sets of 20 push ups and some oblique situps.
So yea, call me a pussy or whatever for only doing 15lbs, but I've never done weight training. I can still elbow through a foot of boards, so I'm not complaining lol.

15lbs is good to start out with. I haven't touched my dumbbells in a while, only go up to 30lbs but they still get work done.
