Touch? You'd have to jailbreak it and download Lighttp or HTTPod.

I wouldn't make it publicly accessible. The processing power of such an apparatus isn't exactly great. It's nice to have as a portable server for home/school projects I suppose. Although I'm guessing that OP will do this, think 'Oh awesome it worked!', and then never use it again once it loses its 'woah' factor.
