OSX is only good if you're a raging homosexual that waste money.
I have a Macbook Pro for various reasons. There are some apps that I need that are only on OS X. I was using Ubuntu 11.10 + Gnome 3 before, and I just couldn't get everything done.

I'm not saying that OS X is perfect, but it's better than Ubuntu for some of the things that I need to be able to do.

Also, for those saying that OS X is just like Linux, it's based off of the Darwin build of FreeBSD.

Also, iOS development Smile

Edit: I don't know what I'd do without the multitouch gestures in Lion.

Edit #2: Give me an environment like this on any other OS:
looks like gnome-3 to me

What a vivid imagination you have, how could anything have inferior hardware to apple?

Not really an argument, so this captain obvious statement is all you're going to get.

I never stated that I used Ubuntu did I? I'm currently running Gentoo and practically any desktop can be replicated on Linux. I myself dislike GNOME 3 which is why I don't use it and your setup doesn't look all that appealing to me anyways. Oh, and by the way OS X takes a wide variety of things from Linux & BSD.

I rather use iOS on my computer than OSX; it looks nicer and I can exploit iPhone only GPTs.

I do hope you know that isn't what it actually looks like most of the time - that's just showing my open windows + fullscreen'd windows.

Incorrect. My MBP has two finger tap for right click and my iMac at work has an apple mouse with right click. Command + click does nothing.
