Can anyone help me Find the Off set and Pointer for this Part?

The Orignal Address is 18552590
Now when i try to find out what Writes this Address is Get this
007E0FF6 - 89 91 D80D0000 - mov [ecx+00000DD8],edx
but when i try to do the pointer this way

007E0FF6 with a offset of dd8 = Fail
18552590 with a offset of dd8= Fail so please help me with this pointer and off set i might be doing it wrong or Something

do a hexadecimal 4 byte value scan for he value of ECX ( 185517B8 )

then use the address(es) you find as the base.
If the addresses you found are black, you must find the pointer to that one as well
