Just fake it bro.
Run hot water on your wrist to bring up your temp, rub your nose a fuckton to make it red, may even work for your eyes too.

Worst comes to the worst cut your finger or some shit (Not deep but enough to bleed a lt) Do it while making yourself a sandwich or something.

Eat some bad food from a shitty restaurant. You may have to take antibios for a week though which sucks but you will have a legit excuse ready for a week to stay home Razz
