its because the promotion code only aplies to the standard edition which doesn't include the B2k, the promotion code gives you B2K for free.

Did the trick with EA Live Support Chat with Sapphire club promotion code, told the nub in the chat that I bought it in Origin Store (I bought it in Direct2Play), he asked me for my order ID, I told him I lost the e-mail, I get B2K for free.
