That is, if you have grief protection. Don't need much else.

And keep it as clean as possible.

You don't need to keep them out immediatly, but have something to reverse their damage/check who did it, like BigBrother.
And by clean I mean no 50 people with Creative mode on, putting diamond blocks everywhere; or no intrusive mods. I don't mind mods like the realistic tree chopping, but if it's a mod that allows me nearly infinite storage (like virtual shop), I hate it. :p
