Well, I'm finding that mIRC is starting to update in leaps and bounds, but no updates are to be found for the popular addon, nnscript.

Are there any alternatives other than i-n-v-i-s-i-o-n?

Just stick to the old mIRC.exe if you don't need the new features and want to keep using nnscript. You shouldn't really need to update mIRC unless you absolutely need one of the new features. It's a pretty solid application.

nnscript has been basically dead since it got bought out / sponsored.

Check out www.mircscripts.org for other scripts though. If anything get an MTS loader and find a dark theme like NNS.
