I played the demo a lot when I was a kid.
Anyways, it's a funny FPS 3D hunting game. You shoot animals and collect their parts/bodies to fill up buckets of blood. Your character would say silly one-liners after killing things, such as "See that there Billy boy I blew its god damn head off!" or "Haha gotcha bitch!". And sometimes when you picked up the body parts he'd say "pickin up the pieces".
As far as graphics go, the animals looks cartoony and everything was brightly colored.

Can't find shit for this game, Googled everything I can think of :/

Nope. The colors in the game weren't dull like Redneck Rampage. Grass was bright green, water was bright blue, blood was bright red. Like Minecraft colors.
And it used 3D polygons for the animals. Not gritty gifs.
