This is what web developers have to deal with:
Proper browser look (FF, Safari, Chrome, Opera):
IE9:
Microsoft should just stop the entire IE project. This shit is getting fucking annoying. I'm tired of taking into account the fucked up way IE parses shit. Their CSS3 support is months behind on other browsers (mainly Safari), which means I have to do extra work because they don't have their shit up to date with the current standards. Fuck you Microsoft.

Never heard of it until just now, but from what I gather this is not a free product unless it's for open-source projects (which it is not). And I'm not going to pay for it.

Just do what i do and just don't give a rats ass about internet explorer users. At most put in some javascript that detects it's IE and show a message that their browser is crap and that they must update to a real browser
I wonder if IE9 still shows cef avatars retardedly big. (Havn't installed it yet and don't feel like it)

I would, but this website is not for myself. And you'd rather not miss the user base that's still on IE.

Although that doesn't really help me in this situation, I'll look into it. Curious now. From the API I gather it's all JS, which makes it seem like I have to mix it with another framework (like I did in the past with Zend + Smarty). Use ExtJS for the view, and another framework for the actual application?
