I would like to know if a 450w~460w that comes with some cases suffice ?

I wouldn't risk it as those ones are usually of low quality, they might not be able to handle loads properly and could potentially blow up in your face.
You can probably get away with a decent 400-450w PSU though, but with little to no upgrade headroom. ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026 )

ok getting a cooler master Extreme 500w power supply
I know I'm asking too much questions but would these ram work with my mobo :
Kingston 2GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9

Assuming it's atx or atx mini yes it will.

my mobo is:
Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 motherboard (could i get a cheaper one that would go well with my processor / graphics card?)
Edit:
Is the difference between those graphics cards worth the price difference ?
PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 5750 1GB GDDR5
and
SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon HD 6570 1GB GDDR3
