At most, 400w. Though I'd get a 500w brick just to be on the safe side. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027

Your build is fine, but your graphics card is nowhere near today's average. For a similar price point, you can consider a 6570 which offers slightly higher performance. ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131441 ). It won;t run everything on high, but it'll have to do in your case.

I wouldn't risk it as those ones are usually of low quality, they might not be able to handle loads properly and could potentially blow up in your face.

You can probably get away with a decent 400-450w PSU though, but with little to no upgrade headroom. ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026 )

my mobo is:
Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 motherboard (could i get a cheaper one that would go well with my processor / graphics card?)

Edit:
Is the difference between those graphics cards worth the price difference ?
PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 5750 1GB GDDR5
and
SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon HD 6570 1GB GDDR3
