Intel Core i3 550 3.20GHz Dual Core Processor
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 4GB 1600MHz CAS9 Memory Kit
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6450 1024MB GDDR3 Graphics Card
Samsung F4 7200RPM 2TB SATA II
OcUK 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black)
Corsair TX 750W V2 Power Supply [DO I NEED THIS?]
Samsung SM2233RZ 22" 120Hz 3D Widescreen LCD Monitor - Black
I picked this shit out at overclocked.net.
My question is, will this run TF2 at a stable 120+ fps constantly, and could I use a lesser PSU to power this shit, or would I need that? I want the 2TB HDD btw, it's nothing to do with performance

why are you picking a low i3? And why do you need a 750w psu when your gfx card is low profile?

I'm going for an i3 because I'm not going to play TF2 on max settings or even close regardless, and because I don't need something super fucking amazing. I need to run it at 120fps on the lowest possible settings, that's it.

Currently running TF2 with 200+ fps on E5600 yes it's only dual core with nVidia 560 Ti.
I'd dump that cpu though, that cpu will run almost any game out (currently), but if you are building put something together that will last you a few years.
You can bump up your cpu to the i5 Sandybridge for around $60. Or an i5-650 for $55.

That video card is not for games especially the HD6450.

The 6450 is the worst possible card ever you want a 6770 or higher.
I had an i5 with a 6670 and it only got 60fps at 720p lowest settings, now I have an i7 with a 6770 and it runs at 120fps max settings 900p, I tried turning the settings down to lowest and it still looks really great for some reason, and I get 200fps.

So why would you go lower with a 6450?
It's not meant for gaming at all, just productivity stuff.
