I have had one of these things for like a year now, and now I think theres ventilation problems, i tried googling how to open it up and clean it out, but nothing told me how to.

Canned air on the intake while you have a vacuum on the exhaust if you don't want to open it. Best bet would be to open it and reapply the thermal paste.
