If going strictly by "what would this be like if it were in a game" logic (which was used to form the original joke in the first place), telling someone to go kill someone else in the game doesn't award you a kill.

For example, Obama didn't kill Osama.

Also, would Obama be a murderer in that case?

If I call in an airstrike in call of duty and get a kill, I still get points even though I didn't do any work. Eh?

If you tell your sniper friend to kill someone in CoD, they get the kill points. But you told the guy to kill him. Eh?
