He sounds way too young to be legit. Not saying that younger kids can't do this kind of shit, but it is unlikely. It seems he might be trolling, or scheming to get views and comments.

It's fake. Easy ways to find out:

1. Video still only has 30 views.
2. He only has 54 subscribers.
3. He only has 12 channel views.

Apple would never use him as a marketing method.
Nor would a third-party retailer or other site.
