I'm not even joking. We got home one day and there was a dead hawk on our living-room floor. We ended up burying it, curious to see if the skeleton is still there.

Yeah, at first we thought one of the cats just found it already dead and brought it inside, but we found obvious signs of struggle (blood and feathers everywhere) near the cat door. Cats didn't have any cuts on them or anything, they're fucking pro (or at least one of them is).
