No, obama is considered essential. The only way to get rid of him from office is if he does something illegal, in which he'd have to be impeached.
There's already a U.S. communist party, but due to the two major parties, Republicans and Democrats, they will probably never be voted into office.

Also, iirc, the country is a democracy by our constitution. They'd have to do a complete and total overwrite of the entire thing to change it to anything else basically.
