Everyone from Gainax is ok and so is their building, so PSG2 is still a possibility.

It might be delayed a couple of months, but that's not really a problem. Most of this season's anime are long runners anyway.

If you're fearing the release of the next episode of an anime series that has already been produced and began airing... then don't worry about it.
Anime in production that has yet to begin airing will possibly be delayed, but I'm sure most companies would have everyone continue working as soon as possible (unless their buildings were destroyed, which isn't very likely).

Well, studios will have to clean up a bit. If any of the lead artist/writers are dead then the series will be canceled.
