So you needed a tutorial to set up a server? Sad. Just find out the basic commands, and then compile everything yourself - also, don't run as root, as you'll just fuck up sooner.

Edit: You should've gone with a debian based server (Debian, Ubuntu)

CentOS is better for servers, or a BSD one. Then again, you actually have to read to learn how to use them properly.

I had an issue with the stage.img, and even Xen0r didn't know what to do.

And why is that? CentOS is better for servers, and I know how to set up a Minecraft server on it.
EDIT: Seems it's not accepting my ports.

Port forward all your ports that you need (MC is 25565 or something). The only thing you need to do on any server type to run an MC server is install java, run the server.jar and hope your server can handle the load.

I used the wrong device in my IP, so I think my ports will work. And I installed java with my entire CentOS installation pack. Very Happy
