CE6.0 "Description" does not correctly save characters of Chinese simplified or does not correctly Display characters of Chinese simplified.

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

can't be fixed as I can't reproduce it
Try setting the support for non-unicode programs to chinese simplified in windows

Perhaps something like this is also in win 7


also, try adding spaces before and after your description
