I eat rice everyday with some vegetable and meat but i wont get fat. I would like to get fat cause i only weigh 84LBs and i am a freshman in high school.

Drink lots of soda, eat what you regularly eat, but 2 times more. And eat plenty of snacks.

Then watch TV and only watch TV everyday and all day.

I weigh 115 lbs. I'm about to graduate highschool. I have about the same problem (maybe a little less severe). But getting fat isn't a solution. You need to bulk up. Not fatten up. Work out frequently, set workout times, eat healthily. You will be so much heavier by summer, and not from fat, from muscle.

It's very hard to change your body's weight. Eating fattening foods will just increase your metabolism, and put your heart at risk. It's almost as hard to get fat as it is to get skinny.

The best you can do is consume plenty of protein and creatine, and do strength exorcizes.

But if you truly want to be fat (which is completely stupid and unhealthy), then just watch calories. I guarantee that if you consume a good 3000+ calories per day, you will gain weight. I can also guarantee that if you consume 1000- calories per day, you will lose weight. Your metabolism will speed up if you eat, and slow down if you fast, but only to a certain point, and that's what allows you to gain or burn weight.

I think what he means is that he is too unmotivated (read: lazy) to keep a daily routine. It is certainly a hard thing to do.

Well, crunches (never sit-ups) if you want a six pack. Do those every other day with some pushups in between. Don't forget some leg workouts like squats.

If you don't have weights, improvise. Fill a latex glove up with water and use it as a weight.

But remember you wont gain anything unless you eat enough protein. And when you start working out, your muscles will ache for a couple weeks, but after that they get better.
