An app that had some recognition a while back when the 2nd gen was new, it was AudioIllusions. Its actually pretty cool. But it costs like 2 bucks.

Here's my apps.
Anonyma, Bump, iFile, PocketGuitar, Shotgun free, winterboard, Scrobbl, Facebook, Sheep Launcher, Cat Physics, Sudoku, Finger Ninja, Paper Toss, CW Gunner, Hoggy, Tap tap 4 +3 +2, Cartoon Wars 2, Flick fishing and Pocket God.
I recommend for things to do yourself,
Cartoon Wars Gunner (Easily playable while walking anywhere)
Cartoon Wars 2
Cat Physics (Fun to try get better times)
Hoggy
Flick Fishing
For people you might allow on your iPod
Paper Toss
Shotgun free
Pocket God
If you're jail broken I recommend an application called "Lockdown" - it makes it so a password is required before applications you select can be opened. I use it on my browser, notes, irc, WifiPass (Shows all your wifi passwords in plain text) and Cydia.

Thanks for all the apps but do you have to have it jail broken for lockdown? Cause when I search it in app store it cOmes up with some game

Yes, Lockdown is a jail broken application from Cydia.
It's not difficult to jailbreak though, and if it breaks you can always put it back to normal.
