Cons:
It was horrible. The girl actor sucked, and you never see anything scary. Scariest fucking thing in it is a patch of blood the girl screams at for 10 minutes. I expected more for a 2:00 AM scary movie.

I mean, really, the Pokemon creepypasta scared me more.

Pros:
The other actors were pretty good.
Atleast the end kinda freaks you out.

The movie was one of the first of its kind and it is very old. How good did you expect it to be?
A movie style isn't just mastered, and they didn't exactly have that much money to spend on the movie.
