How do I cheat?

i got a new windows 7 64-bit computer.i just downloaded cheat engine.i does not work.i used it on vista 32-bit and it worked great.but i do the same game,web browser,and everything but on the windows 7 i did not work. p.s.they are both home premium.

If it is not working with flash games, test it with the Tutorial.exe first.

If You cannot use CE with the Tutorial either, turn off Your AV, run it as administrator etc.
Some features are not working with 64 bit (debugger).
