Can you trick x-ray anti cheat so when you use cheat engine 5.6.1
and x-ray on same time when x-ray takes screenshots you can't see the wall hack.

sure, hook the routine where it makes the screenshot, then when triggered disable the speedhack, continue one frame, capture the screen and turn it back on. You won't even notice it happened

Dark Byte is pretty busy and if You have no idea what He was suggesting, probably He doesn't have the time to teach You. Don't be upset about it, but He simply doesn't have the time for it to support all of the users with every problem every day.
If You didn't do it so far, get familiar with debugging and You will know what does He mean by finding the routine and hooking it.

First You need to find the routine which is taking the snapshot. But it isn't really possible to tell You what to do step-by-step as I for one don't even know how is that program working. You need to attach a debugger to it, analyze the program and find the routine which is taking the snapshot.

All of these programs has debugger or it is a debugger itself. There is no program to just pick the routine and show it for You. You have to find it Yourself. If You have no idea what is a debugger or what are these programs, You either have to learn debugging in ASM or just leave this project (or let someone else do it).

I don't know, I never used that program, I have no idea how is it working. That's the point of reverse-engineering. Every program is different so there are no "general" steps that are working in every cases.

Let him speak for himself. The only person that needs people to speak for him is the president, in his case a poem gets typed up on a piece of paper that he recites to the public in their attempt to make the public believe etc.
On topic:
Use Process hacker to suspend your anti cheat program, See if it works.
